We do not cover existing fascia and soffits. All existing timber fascia and soffit is removed. Any remedial work to main timbers carried out. End tiles which lead into Gutter removed and any rotten felt trimmed back. New Heavy Duty eaves guard system fitted to replace rotten felt where needed. New pvc soffits fitted. New pvc fascia fitted with overhead continuous ventilation where needed. Fascias that are load bearing are twice as thick and are fixed with 65mm stainless steel nails. High capacity ogee style gutter used.

We fit the latest uPVC Verge/Ridge systems, suitable for weather-proofing all types of tiled and ridges. Mortar will eventually crack, in contrast, Dry Verges are mechanically fixed and each unit individually screwed. With the next unit interlocking giving extra strength and hiding the screws offering the maximum protection against strong wind and water penetration giving you a long term protection with a neat, attractive appearance and with none of the ongoing costs associated with mortar.
