Spencer was truly exceptional. He grasped the urgency of the broken aerial and the delicate situation with my elderly aunt, promptly dropping everything to assist. Despite me living over 200 miles away, his communication with both my aunt and me was outstanding. He swiftly removed the fallen aerial and arranged for a replacement, ensuring she could resume enjoying her TV without delay. After completing the job, he even sent photos to show the completed work and remained with my aunt until the aerial fitter arrived. His dedication to her well-being was remarkable. We had our felt and battens replaced, also they replaced any broken tiles. They did exactly what the said they would do on the days they agreed. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect they finished the job and the workmanship is perfect.
