For looks that impress, and performance that endures, the DuraDek Balustrade Railing System is the durable alternative to traditional timber balustrading. Use the system to complete the look of your outdoor living space, adding both beauty and safety.

Our PVC Fascia and Soffits are all manufactured by either FloPlast or Kestrel. Each system comes with a 10 year guarantee and has a class 1 fire rating. All products are BBA approved. We currently stock most ranges in five colour options - White, Black Ash, Rosewood, Golden Oak and Anthracite Grey. PVC profiles will not rot, warp, crack or erode. Boards do not require painting or any other protective treatment. To maintain an as new surface appearance, occasional washing with a non-scratch mild detergent and water will remove any surface grime particularly in a polluted atmosphere.

Our gutter protection range includes various types of leaf filters and guards to prevent your gutters from becoming blocked. Leaves, twigs, dirt and debris in any gutter system can be destructive, and prevention is better than cure.

Our landscaping products are suitable for any type of project and will help with the most creative or challenging design. Whether a DIY landscaper tackling a product in the garden or a contractor undertaking a larger commercial job we can help. Our specialist range includes products includes geotextiles and membranes, tree root protection, grass and gravel permeable paving grids and water drainage and storage.

Damp Proof Membrane provides a barrier for moisture. Usually used within building foundations it can also be used for a range of other damp proofing applications. Made from recycled polythene material, this strong, PIFA standard and BBA (British Board of Agrement) accredited damp proof membrane comes in a choice of two standard gauges, 1000 gauge (250 Micron thick) and 1200 gauge (300 Micron). Both are compliant with the standards for damp proof membranes within building regulations, but the 1200 gauge is a more durable membrane intended for applications that will place more wear and tear on the membrane.

Our Copper gutter ranges are manufactured by Coppa Gutta, the UK's leading producer of Copper & Zinc rainwater systems. We stock these systems in various styles including half round, ogee and box section, all three of which can be purchased in two sizes. To top it all off we provide a specialist selection of decorative and ancillary products to complement your installation. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times of our copper and zinc gutter ranges are dependent on each order and can take 10+ days. Please note any orders containing lengths of copper or zinc product are subject to a 70 + VAT delivery surcharge.

Energy-saving improvements to houses such as double glazing, increased insulation and central heating can all cause a build up of condensation in the roof space if there is insufficient airflow, causing structural defects and mould growth. PBSL offer a range of ventilation products designed to improve airflow into the roof in both refurbishment or new build situations.

Our gutter systems are manufactured by market-leading supplier FloPlast and are BS approved and Kitemarked. All systems carry a minimum 10 Year colour guarantee and in the case of our Cast Iron effect systems 20 years, which is an industry-leading warranty. Professional Building Supplies stock a wide variety of rainwater systems in many colours, including Black, White, Brown, Grey, Cast Iron Effect and Caramel, and our newest colour offering is Anthracite Grey.

Here at Professional Building Supplies, we stock two types of high-quality flat roofing systems, PRO GRP & ClassicBond EPDM. For both systems we sell kits on our website, with or without tools, for roofs with an area of up to 50m2. The individual components of the kits can also be purchased separately if you are in need of a few extra supplies. Both systems are resistant to extreme weather and are suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. We also stock Guardian's composite slate roofing system, a modern and innovative solution to tile roofing that features many benefits over traditional roofing tiles.

Plastic skirting board and door architraves can offer an understated and dignified finish to a room. Our door kit architrave with its matching architrave corner blocks and architrave plinths are all designed to create a simple to install complete entrance architrave frame producing an attractive architrave doorway. We also stock a full range of PVC architraves in a range of white and woodgrain colours, within our Window Trims section. PBSL's channel drainage systems, with either Plastic Grate (D700) or Galvanized Grate (D701). Each length interlocks with the next, eliminating the need for costly joiners. Our commercial channel drainage is generally used in public or industrial spaces where point loadings are likely to be higher. These channels, generally made from polymer concrete are available with up to 90 tonne loadings.

At Professional Building Supplies we specialise is Underground Drainage. Unlike most general merchants, we stock a huge range of drainage supplies, including 110mm and 160mm drainage pipes and fittings, inspection chambers and manhole covers, many types of duct, MDPE for water and gas supplies, a choice of channel drainage systems and various options for soakaway crates and membranes. All of our drainage systems are British Standard approved, and are fully compatible with our soil pipe system. All of Our 110mm and 160mm pipes and the majority of our fittings are manufactured from PVC-U.

Our PVC-UE Cladding systems are suitable for external use on buildings as a decorative and protective facing, fixed vertically, horizontally or diagonally over brick, block, masonry, or timber framed walling. Choose from eight different colour options and three different profiles. Available in three designs, Shiplap, Open Vee and Weatherboard, each system incorporates a range of trims to suit all applications. Our cladding can be used in many different applications, both internal and external. The most common uses are on external walls, porches, gables and dormers, and ceilings.

Our Sand coloured Weatherboard cladding, manufactured by Freefoam, is an embossed 170mm profile. Sand is warm, clean looking cladding option that works well as an alternative finish to brick or render. Similar in appearance to the cement-based cladding, our weatherboards are guaranteed for 10 years. Unlike cement cladding, PVC is lightweight, non-brittle and easy to install. We also stock 54mm and 90mm BT Duct for cabling purposes and smooth electric polyduct to ENATS standards. All of our systems come with a variety of fittings and accessories, including standardDuct Access Chambersand theBT Quadboxchamber system.

We stock a wide range of moulding, including cornice and coving, celing roses, columns, dentil blocks and loft hatches. They are mostly made from polyurethane, making them lightweight, easy to install and cannot be penetrated by water to water damage. All of our decorative mouldings are lightweight and durable - making them much easier to handle and install than the traditional plaster and timber alternatives.

Ideal for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings, and suitable for any building with a large roof area. The system has an industry-leading flow capacity of 11.8 litres/second, when used with a centrally positioned outlet and laid to a 1:350 fall. Our XtraFlo industrial gutter system, manufactured by FloPlast, carries a 10 year guarantee and is available in black, white and grey. Please note when comparing prices that this system has a much greater capacity when compared to other "equivalent" 150mm systems.

Here at Professional Building Supplies we hold in-depth stocks of specialist plumbing supplies including copper tube, the Speedfit push fit system, brass compression fittings, end feed and solder ring fittings, taps, valves, adaptors and accessories including a range of plumbers tools. Speedfit fittings are designed for use with both copper pipe and the Speedfit flexible pipe. All fittings are a simple push fit and are re-usable, with no tools required. The system is WRC approved and carries the British Standards Kitemark.

Our roof vents can be fitted to 16mm or 25mm polycarbonate roofing sheets, enabling a comfortable temperature to be maintained all year round. Choose from white or brown options.
