Our director, Lee Lidbetter has worked in the industry for over 30 years. Lee began his career in 1983 as a mastic asphalt apprentice and trained full time for 4 years. Towards the end of his apprenticeship in 1987, Lee was chosen to compete nationally in the CITB Skill build competition for roofing students. He competed in various stages against fellow student roofers, eventually making it to the national finals. Lee won 1st place and received the Skill Build National Gold Medal for his outstanding workmanship.

9 weeks ago we started a new project, an 8,500 m2 carpark, 60 mm thick asphalt with a a liquid coating on top, the store has had multiple leeks over the last 10 years, we have 13 weeks to complete, here are a few pictures of our progress
