Canford Roofing is a family run business that was started in the 1980's by Graham Wells. Throughout the 80's Canford Roofing completed large and small contracts for private house holds and building contractors alike. This work was carried out mainly by a relatively small work force but towards the late 80's's we began to source work in Germany, which had a positive impact on the business as we were able to learn and use new techniques and products which are now integral to roofing industry in England.

All of my dealings with Canford Roofing Ltd were very professional. I found them helpful and they gave good advice when requested. The men working at the property were polite and worked hard. They cleaned up the work area before leaving the property for the last time.
I am satisfied that the cost of the work carried out represented good value for money.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

From initial contact to quotation and final work on my roof, Canford Roofing have been truly outstanding, sticking to the quote given, putting right a severely bodged roof done by a local rogue builder. The professionalism and attention to detail, really showed that they new what they were doing and do it well, unlike the Builder who did it originally and clearly didn't have a clue.

Had my 1920's detached house re-roofed (pitch/tile) by this company and very pleased with the result. The team were clearly experienced and did a good job.
Found the roofers to be approachable and amenable to my requests for change whilst the job was ongoing.
I've even received some helpful "post-sales" service 1 year after project completion, when a fallen branch broke a few of the new tiles.
If I ever need roofing work doing again, this company will be top of my list to ask for quotation.

Canford roofing completed a fantastic job re-roofing our house, in slate, with high spec insulation. Flat dormers were converted to hipped pitch roofs and two new large pitched roofs were added for the extension. Dean was extremely accommodating, informative and helpful. His team were polite, hard-working and professional and took pride in their work. The job was completed in the expected time frame, despite taking place in the depths of winter. Highly recommended, no end of compliments from neighbours!
Progress! We have started laying this beautiful Purbeck Stone in Wareham. 1 pallet down another 20 to go!
After delays starting work in Wareham due to the property housing 5 species of bats the work is finally underway on this beautiful grade 2 listed building! We are on the clock to get it completed before the end of March when the bats are due to return home. Apparently the biggest risk to the bats.

Canford Roofing are looking for 2 new people to join the team. We need an experienced Roofer who can do tiling, slating, flat roofing etc, and a labourer who is willing to work hard and in return get training to become a roofer. Dean will put a lot of time and energy into passing on his 20+ years of knowledge and experience so commitment is a must.
