In January 2016, Exclusive Contract Services Ltd acquired Brayborne Facilities Services Ltd following approximately 10 months of discussion and due diligence. Exclusive and Brayborne were both long standing, well respected privately owned businesses with a service ethos and reputation for long term contract retention.
As well as providing a wide range of cleaning services, Brayborne can also support your facilities team by supplying all janitorial products. We only use janitorial products which are highly effective and specifically manufactured for the cleaning industry. Each product carries a colour coded system designed to ensure no cross-contamination between washroom and other areas. Every Brayborne cleaning operative is trained in the correct handling and use of these products and all our sites have a complete list of data and assessment sheets for every product, adhering to COSHH regulations.
Flooring takes a punishing amount of wear and tear so whether the requirement is stripping and polishing, sanding and sealing or waxing, Brayborne guarantee that the correct methods and maintenance programmes are in place to consistently produce a high quality finish. Carpet cleaning is also a mark of our expertise, vastly prolonging the life of client's carpets, with some looking like new for over 15 years. This is all down to our maintenance programme, whereby parts of the carpet are cleaned on rotation while stains in other areas are taken care of as they are seen.

Simon founded Brayborne in 1986 having held various positions prior to this with other companies in the industry. Simon was a very popular man throughout the industry and was extremely proud to be a member of Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners. He had over 35 years experience in the cleaning sector and was a member of British Institute of Cleaning Science, and a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management. He will be best remembered for his integrity and for his commitment to always provide a high quality service to all our customers.
