When drainage issues occur, it is often difficult to pinpoint and identify the issues without accessing both the roof rainwater systems and by conducting a CCTV drain survey below ground.

Felt roofing systems are manufactured in sheet format and supplied to site in rolls for ease of application.

Clad-IT install and range of Rainscreen cladding systems to enhance and aesthetically personalise buildings. Rainscreenis acladding systemconsisting of an outer weather-resistant skin fixed to a primary structure or existing structure within a refurbishment project. Rainscreen systems are usually installed using fully adjustable brackets. Behind the rainscreen cladding system is an integral or separate breather membrane fixed back to the primary structure, leaving a ventilated cavity. The cavity provides a fully ventilated and drained design to allow any water ingress from driving rain to be channelled and effectively drained away.

Clad-IT are experienced in both new build and refurbishment roof cladding systems and have supply chain relationships with most of the major cladding manufacturers. These roof panel systems are provided from major British manufacturers including TATA and Kingspan and provide a fast one component installation. Our strong partnering with these manufacturers allows us to provide product guarantees of upto 40 years supported by a 12 year workmanship guarantee. Twinskin roofing systems consist of a liner panel, ashgrid spacer system and 0.7mm outer roof sheet and are installed with 240mm quilt insulation.
