Ground Source Heat Pumps extract heat from the ground by circulating fluid through buried pipes in horizontal trenches or vertical boreholes. They concentrate heat by using a vapour compression cycle and transfer heat into buildings to provide heating and hot water without burning fossil fuels, providing a highly efficient and renewable heating solution. A well designed GSHP system provides the lowest running cost of any heating system because it uses a small amount of electricity to transfer a large amount of naturally occuring heat from the ground into your building.

Air Source Heat Pumps absorb heat from the outside air. This heat can be used to heat radiators, underfloor heating systems or warm air convectors and hot water. An Air Source Heat Pump extracts heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. It can extract heat from the air even when the temperature is as low as -15°C. Heat Pumps produce 3-5kW of renewable heat for every 1kW of electricity consumed, helping to significantly reduce the carbon footprint and running costs of your heating system.

Our clients have the reassurance that all our installations are designed in accordance with BS EN1264 and come complete with full CAD layout drawings. Our in-house design service ensures that the underfloor heating systems meets all current regulations and operates at its maximum efficiency whilst maintaining comfort levels.

We employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of our bespoke MEP solutions, which we supply throughout the UK and Ireland.
