At Modern Developments we design, supply and install all forms of heating including Gas, Oil, Electric or Solid Fuel. We can also provide a comprehensive service for renewable heating installations. Our installations are not only sustainable and cost-effective but also help reduce carbon emissions. We are in the process of gaining our MCS accreditation and are able to offer the Renewable Heat Incentive. All gas work is carried out by a certified Gas Safe Engineer and electrical work by a select electrician.

The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is the world's first long-term financial support programme for renewable heat. The RHI pays participants of the scheme that generate and use renewable energy to heat their buildings.
