Plumbwise is a family-run plumbing business based in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury. I lead up the work ethic by getting my hands dirty on a daily basis and I am also responsible for all quotations submitted. We are able to attend to all your plumbing and heating needs, large or small. From all plumbing work relating to new builds/extensions, boiler installations, boiler servicing, installations of gas cookers/ hobs, pressurised heating systems, gravity heating systems, under-floor heating, design and fitting of bathroom suites, immersion heaters, water leaks, burst pipes and insurance work to name but a few.

Much to my satisfaction the vast majority of our work is obtained by word of mouth, a situation I want to continue as our reputation means everything to us. All the testimonials we receive are unsolicited which to me mean so much more than those that are asked for. Our aim will and always has been to ensure customer satisfaction from the moment of contact to the completion of all the work. Over my years I have come across seven main concerns that customers have experienced during their many and sometimes unsuccessful attempts at finding a reliable plumber/heating engineer.

In simple terms for every £1 of gas you put into a condensing boiler at least 90p is converted into heat for your system. Compare this with your old boiler's efficiency - many have a SEDBUK rating of E (70%) and F (75%) ONLY 70-75p if your £1 is converted into heat for your system. Power flushing is now recommended by all manufacturers prior to the install of a new boiler to ensure a trouble free installation. A high water flow rate combined with a flow reverser device dislodges & mobilises sludge & corrosion deposits which resist traditional system cleaning methods.

Of particular concern to those of you who have to be somewhere, do something or have commitments. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are delayed, we will ALWAYS call before the appointed time to inform you. If a tradesman does not start a job when he says it puts tremendous pressure on the customer who now has to go through the whole quoting/referencing process with someone else. Not to mention the possible penalty charges other trades who are involved may charge, as their work is now delayed until a new plumber is commissioned.
