Poor quality install, seemingly they expect water to run uphill . Provided them with the opportunity to resolve and demonstrate they value there customers and correct evidentially poor workmanship and they refused. I no longer trust them, nor would I use them again

They answered any and all questions and completed the removal and replacement of an ancient central heating system with ease and professionalism. So glad we chose B&K, this team is a real credit to your organisation, thank you for your hard work lads!

Super service from B&K, efficient, clean and friendly.
They removed our ancient hot water tank and did considerable work to install a new one and update our whole heating system.
They worked really hard and completed the job in 2 days instead of 3.
Very patient and lovely electrician who explained everything clearly to me.
Highly recommend.

Huge shout out B&K boiler services, unbelievable service right from the first phone cal to the end. Honest advice and the guys went above and beyond to help get our new bolier fitted and fix our radiator. Staff in the office to where very helpful as well. Just over a week from their first visit to installing a new boiler. Would recommend this local company every time.

called at 8am this morning as boiler making an awful noise, engineer arrived within 45 mins diagnosed a faulty fan. Returned at 12.30, replaced fan, boiler now running quietly!! excellent service, thank you at this difficult time

Just had a new Combi boiler and new radiators installed throughout my house. I felt I received a first class service which was reliable, professional & friendly. Sadly in this day and age, it seems to be a miracle if any contractor turns up when they say they will - but BK were there (as promised) every morning at 8.30 on the dot. Once there, this sizeable installation was managed speedily, professionally and without fuss or hassle, leaving me with a fully functioning water and central heating system - which is exactly what I was hoping for.
Can't fault the service from B&K from start to finish with our new boiler installation. Polite and efficient. Works done within the quoted time. Guys who came were friendly and tidied up well behind themselves. All together a great experience and a company we wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Reported boiler breakdown at 12 pm.told someone would be out in the afternoon. They called back 20 mins later to say Simon was on his way in 20 mins. Bang on time he arrived, sussed the problems, had the parts on board, worked quickly and fixed the boiler. We ll impressed, thanks Simon.
B&K recently changed our antiquated back boiler to a fabulous new combo boiler - excellent and elegant workmanship - polite guys who obviously took huge pride in their work! Would highly recommend.
