A message to all our existing and new customers, after our three months of lockdown things appear to be returning to more familiar ways of working. When the lockdown started we had no idea how long it was going to last, but luckily, thanks to our great team, we managed to keep things ticking over, and helped many customers with emergency breakdowns and boiler replacements. Obviously routine service work could not be carried out, causing customers who have Worcester boilers that we have installed still under guarantee to miss the annual service.
