The heat loss is a factor of many things, for example size, designation, insulation, windows, floor covering and external walls. Radiators must be sized to overcome this heat loss. You may also require your radiators to be fitted with TRV (Thermostatic Radiator Valves). This will allow you to control the temperature of the radiator. Radiators must also be balanced to allow for an even distribution of heat throughout the property - this is done with other valves NOT the TRV. These are the most common type of radiator.

Drainage was run to a septic tank via pipe in a trench; water was also run in a trench connected to a local supply by MDPE (plastic) pipe.

A heating system can be extended to include new parts of a property, or the whole system may need upgrading; this depends on the capacity of the existing system and the size of the extension required. Common parts that we replace are the zone valve, 2 port valve, 3 port valve, radiator valve, TRV, or circulating pump.

If you need a pump fitted to increase water pressure then we will diagnose if this is necessary and install it as part of the same job. Showers can be fitted in a separate cubicle, or in a bath. Pipework is either fitted behind the wall, clipped, with shower unit fixed to exposed pipe ends; or are surface mounted. If pipework is concealed, pipework is left long, protruding through the wall, allowing for tiling and wall finishing to be completed, before the shower unit is fixed.
