We used Simon Lane Plumbing when the waste water from the bath came through the ceiling. He came out within 10 minutes on his way to another job to make safe and said that he would come back either that afternoon to carry out the repair or it would be 2 days after that. True to his word Simon came back that afternoon and carried out the repair, quickly, efficiently and at a price that we were more than happy with. I've already recommended Simon to a friend who requires some work to be carried out and we would definitely use in the future.

Simon has just spent a week fitting a complete new bathroom in my mom and dads house, he had to strip out the old one and has fitted a new walk in shower, sink and toilet. Re-tiled the walls and boarded the floor. He worked like a Trojan all week and has made an outstanding job, it's wonderful. He was recommended to me and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone. Great service, great workmanship and really nice guy. Keep it local and use the best local tradesmen.

We have used Mr Lane’s services for the second time after an initial recommendation by a colleague of mine. Simon Lane did a complete refit on our bathroom six years ago including tiling. We were really pleased with the work he did for us and had him back a second time refit our en-suite. We found his work ethics excellent and his dedication to the job admirable. We very impressed with his plastering after removing all the old tiles. Nothing is too much for him and he prides himself on doing a good job. He offers good advise when needed and his fitting and tiling work cannot be faulted. We are very pleased and would use him again if needed. Good work, fair price, highly reliable and honest.
