Why- Gas safety certificates are a legal requirement for all properties which are rented out in the domestic sector. These must be carried out annually. They are required as a safety measure to ensure all tenants are safe while using gas appliances owned by a landlord. All gas pipework will be visually inspected as well as a drop test which tests all the gas pipework and appliances for any leaks. Our certificates can be emailed as a PDF with copies saved on our system, so there will always be an up to date record.
