Our Contracts Division provides the principle activity of the company, offering a very high standard of domestic heating & plumbing installations to the new build housing industry. Employed by the most of the leading private house builders and developers, we cover some 50 mile radius around Northampton. To augment the already successful plumbing and heating subcontract services to the building industry, in 1989 the company started an electrical division thereby providing the major developers with our area with a "one stop shop" and integrated designs for their mechanical and electrical domestic installation.
At a time when major new housing developments around Northampton were in their infancy, the need for a domestic heating and plumbing installer to cater for the growing demands of the industry was identified by the company's founder Robert Wintle. Over the years, Wintle Heating & Plumbing Ltd has expanded extensively from its small beginnings to provide electrical, plumbing and heating services to housing association developments, small industrial and commercial premises, as well as an ever expanding role within the regions speculative development housing market.
