I have had a terrible experience from this company. 12 months on from having the simple job of having a new shower and shower cubicle fitted I am still experiencing significant problems. This has been due in my opinion to significant errors and poor workmanship. Firstly they removed the wrong shower cubicle ( I have 2 bathrooms), there was a long delay in getting this resolved and both showers working. When the original shower was finally fitted there was a leak due to the tiles not being fitted properly in the shower cubicle causing significant damage to the living room below. This was repaired and the living room redecorating at the end of last year. I had hoped all was sorted but there has been further leaking over the last few months due to the sealant not being applied correctly which has caused gradual damage to the plaster and paintwork in the living room. Whilst the shower has been resealed I am still waiting for the living room to be decorated a month after alerting them to the problem. It has been a nightmare!
