Had an ignition problem with my Cadac Chef.although the electrode was receiving a charge there was no spark.i spoke to their man. Gareth.he talked me through a check list and sorted it out.over the phone.brillian t turned out to be a dodgy earth.tut. AND he's sending me a new electrode. Exc ellent service top man.and thank you
