This website is intended to provide information on our range of products which includes gas fires, electric fires, fireplaces, boilers, radiators, underfloor heating and radiant heating solutions (both ceramic plaque and tube options) for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. It is as comprehensive as we can make it so that you can choose the right one for you, however, we do not provide information with regard to installation as all gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer with the appropriate qualifications.
RHS was started in 2002 by its owner David who has over 30 years experience in the heating industry. The company was initially formed to become a distributor and installer of SBM Radiant Heaters commercial heating systems but quickly expanded to also supply the needs of the domestic market. In addition, we are appointed engineers to carry out in warranty and out of warranty repair, servicing and fault finding on current Radiant boilers, including system boilers, combination boilers, plus the first high efficiency open vented boiler in the Midlands area.
Radiant Heating Supplies Ltd are the authorised agents for servicing and warranty work for Radiant, Fondital and ARCA boilers in the Midlands region but can supply gas boilers by other manufacturers including Alpha, Baxi, Glow-worm, Halstead, Ideal, Main, Potterton, Pro, Remeha, Vaillant, Viessman, Vokera and Worcester. Oil fired boilers we supply are by Grant or Worcester and electric boilers by Redring or Heatrae Sadia. We can provide a survey and quotation for new or replacement boilers and central heating systems in the West Midlands, usually free of charge.
Excluding the shape, colour and trim of the casing of a gas fire there are basically only two types of look of the fire available, living flame effect which simulates a real fire, whether open or glass fronted, and ceramic plaques which were popular before central heating became common-place due to their high efficiency but some modern living flame effect fires, only the glass fronted ones, can now match or exceed them in this regard. When choosing a new gas fire you will probably concentrate on the style and look of it but it is vitally important to know what type of flue, if any, that you have and that it is in good working order.
