Microtech Sciences Ltd is an independent UKAS accredited asbestos testing laboratory providing a fast and cost effective asbestos analysis service, assisting our clients to ensure they meet Control Of Asbestos Regulations 2012. We aim to provide an accurate and cost effective service using a high magnification microscope, the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The SEM has the ability to magnify up to 300,000 times in comparison to the industry standard Polorised Light Microscope (PLM) which is restricted to a magnification of no more than 1000x, providing our clients with accurate and reliable results.
