Jane Jefferson is the grandmother of our founder Jennifer O'Donnell and the inspiration behind the name of our brand.
We also pay great attention to health and safety for the benefit of workforce and clients. Our spot checks ensure that our standards are maintained at all times and help us motivate and reward our teams. There's always a correct, safer and more productive way to clean and that's what we strive to improve. We offer regular training and reviews so the way we clean on the very first day we work for you, is the same standard we deliver on a regular basis. Our training includes cleaning around high value office equipment, and premium home furnishing and access to our "tool-box" videos.
Our cleaners are trained in our unique ABC rotation cleaning services. This means that different levels of cleaning will be applied in different areas of a property and rotated.
We've had two cleaners from this agency over the years, and they have both been stellar; Flori and Victoria to be exact. And dealing with Jenn & Natalie in the office is an absolute breeze too. They are very accommodating to your specific needs and requirements and they go to lengths to find the right cleaner for you if the one you've originally been allocated isn't working out. Very worth the money!
We have been with JJC since the business started. We appreciated Jenn visiting us personally to discuss our needs and it helped us make an informed decision on the amount of time we required. We have had a number of different cleaners over the years, but Jenn and her team have always handled the transition well - a transient workforce is always an issue in the cleaning industry!
