Good Property Services Ltd are experienced in the design, supply and installation of solar thermal systems for the supply of heating and hot water in residential buildings across Poole, Bournemouth and the South of England. Solar panels can provide up to 70% of a homes annual hot water requirements when sized correctly. For a home with an existing conventional boiler a new twin coil cylinder can be installed as part of the project. Solar thermal panels can also be installed in homes with a combi boiler by installing a pre heat cylinder.
Good Property Services Ltd can supply and fit a range of air source heat pump systems. Air source heat pumps use energy from the ambient air and work to a co-efficient of at least 1:3. This means that for every 1kW of energy (electricity) used to run the pump, it will provide at least 3kW plus of thermal heat energy, thus reducing hot water or heating costs. As we are an independent installer we have a choice of heat pumps to choose from rather than just one manufacture, this means we can find the right pump for your needs.

We have generated just over two megaWatt hours in less than seven months, since last December. We have a 4 kW system with Enphase micro-inverters and our electricity costs have reduced markedly. We're running air conditioners when needed using our FREE electricity, as well as powering the equipment for the solar hot water system. At this time of year the sun can cool the house, heat the hot water, AND run the mechanical ventilation system for free! We get paid handsomely on top for all the electricity we generate. To all of our customers. If you get a letter from these people its a scam. Your equipment is still under warranty and they are trying to sell you a solaredge system which is not as good as the systems you already have. They even sent a letter to me!
