SofaCo started life as an online business back in late 2006 importing beautiful leather sofas from South Africa. Twelve months later I saw the opportunity to buy my own premises, which offered retailing, and living accommodation above. Off to auction. Not only did I manage to purchase the property, but also at the auction were the film crew for the BBC's TV series Homes under the Hammer.
