We are a family run business established in 1999 and specialise in making bespoke curtains, blinds and other soft furnishings for your home. We pride ourselves on the exceptionally high quality of our work and brilliant attention to detail. We are based in the idyllic countryside of Chilton in Buckinghamshire, but are more than happy to travel within Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire counties.
Seamsfine was established in 1999 and are family run Curtain makers with an emphasis on high quality, combined with exceptional customer service. We specialise in helping you make the right choices for curtains, blinds and all other soft furnishings for your home. We will bring fabrics to you, help you design one room or a whole house, and hand make everything you have chosen. All curtains, blinds, pelmets and cushions are handmade in a purpose built workshop and showroom, where an extensive range of fabrics, curtain poles and accessories are held, many of which are not widely found elsewhere.
With a lifelong interest in sewing and textiles behind her, Diana made her first pair of curtains for the family home in 1999. After favourable comments from friends, including promises of work, she was encouraged to complete a Diploma in Soft Furnishings. Soon with the aid of word of mouth, Seamsfine started growing into the busy family run business it is today. Friendly yet professional, the team at Seamsfine will offer you as much (or little) help with the design of your project as you require.
Diana has made most of the blinds, curtains and cushions in our last 2 properties. Not only is the fabric and quality of workmanship amazing but she has also been incredibly flexible and has always delivered within short timescales - being on hand on both moving days to ensure our house is dressed perfectly! The warm welcome and customer service is fantastic and the end product is incredible - I wouldn't use anyone else.
Diana and her team are fantastic. I have had curtains and blinds made by them in 3 bedrooms and the lounge, and cushions and general interior advice in most of my other rooms. The quality is superb but what I love even more is the personalised service. When I first met Diana I gave a brief description of what I wanted and she turned up with a couple of books which were perfect. I now love that Diana knows exactly what I like so I can't imagine going anywhere else for fabric. Sadly however I will soon run out of windows that need dressing!
Half the rooms in our house have curtains made by Seamsfine! The choice of fabrics, the standard of work & quality of service are superb. Once you have discovered this you won't need to go anywhere else!
