Disgusted with the service my partner just received he was told its too busy for a takeaway as its mothers day, which is fair enough, but when he said surely my money is as good as anyone's owner replied "to be honest i dont really care" with a smirk! I have encountered this lady before who i found very rude but put it down to her having an off day as we do but as a owner surely this shouldnt be happening! What happened to customer service? I have used this cafe loads for years but wont be back!
What a lovely place. Service was excellent, menu great and prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back. Thank you to staff, smiles from everyone was so welcoming
I absolutly love this place. I come here first before going to any other garden centre and coffee shop because the staff and the service is just great. Theres always a smiley face and the food and cakes are to die for. Sometimes just wish it had a wee bit more stock, only so I could always bring my custom here and not have to go elsewhere x
