Our guarantee applies to mattresses, upholstered beds and headboards purchased from 1st October 2019 onwards. Our guarantee excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product. It is only intended to protect domestic products purchased and used for domestic purposes. It does not extend to Trade orders or orders fulfilled through a 3rd-party.
