The cost of your clean will be dependent on a range of factors, however, our cleaning services can be tailored to suit your budget. We have a minimum charge of 40 +VAT. Cleans are priced per job, not per hour, which is explained below. To make sure your home is as spotless as you would like, we offer some additional cleaning services that you can book to be incorporated into your regular clean as one-off tasks, or they can be set up on a Bespoke Cleaning Rota to ensure they're carried out at intervals to suit you. Our End of Tenancy Clean is specifically designed to meet the needs of busy landlords, tenants wanting to reclaim their full deposit, and homebuyers and sellers. The service is fast, efficient and cost-effective as we understand how stressful the handover of a property can be for everyone involved. We also understand what landlords and estate agents are looking for from tenants when they leave a property. This is why we include details such as cleaning the soap drawer in the washing machine. This also ensures tenants aren't caught out when it comes to reclaiming their deposit!
Our bespoke cleaning rota is a way to ensure the whole of your home is kept spotless all year round, and to keep on top of those occasional tasks like cleaning the fridge or oven, without you having to remember to ask us to do it.
