My experiences provide me with the skills to understand the client's requirements and wishes and then to present them with solutions specific to them and their interiors. My work to date has covered a wide range of client requirements ranging from furniture, including tables, cabinets, kitchens, wardrobes and storage units for private customers. Also work for businesses, such as office furniture and screens, and reception desks. This has included clients such as the Architecture Centre in Bristol and The Children's Hospital in Bristol and Bars for Royal Court Theatre.
Together with the client I'm able to establish exactly what it is that the client wishes to provide in terms of a service and how it wishes its staff to interact. Use of appropriate materials and design details and consideration of layout and use of space help to achieve what it is that the client wishes. Reception desk for Lawrence Tuckets Solicitors whose offices were in an old tea warehouse, so the maple planking on the desk had a sawn texture to reflect the buildings history and then capped with slate counter.
Together with the client I'm able to create special tailor made designs that incorporate carefully thought through details. All to enhance and facilitate the enjoyment of being in and using the kitchen. A kitchen design with little available wall therefore a sweeping arc of units to achieve a window view from the sink, continuing the line to a deep island unit breakfast bar. The materials are painted units beech block and slate worktops.
