Had (a lot) of trouble getting my sofa into my house due to narrow corridors and stairs. Olympia were super helpful, booked me in within the week and took it apart (took the arm off) and took it upstairs and put it back together. They even made it so I can take it off myself in the future. And you can't tell anything has been done to it. If you can't get your sofa in your house, give these guys a call.
