Just bought a new mattress. The staff were very polite and extremely informative. The mattress may have been a little expensive but you can't put a price on quality. The delivery was arranged and we were actually given a 2 hour delivery slot so we could plan the rest of the day. Ponsford's delivery was within the time slot stated. They have eliminated the policy of some companies who keep you guessing all day as to when they will turn up.
Something for everyone. Its nice to go in a shop where the staff smile and say hello. Some of these retail park shops could learn from this fine retailer.
