We were looking online for a company to provide a sofa bed that could get into a room with poor access. We found Highly Sprung online and went to their shop where Amairelys helped us. She took the time to show us 3 different sofa beds - none of which had the measurements to get into our room but then the amazing service started! Not only was access into the room impossible but we had a maximum width of 176cm but we wanted a double bed. No easy request but Amairelys showed us the Oxford sofa bed (with real wood supports and a sprung mattress) and helped us work out that if we had reduced arm width of just 8cm and opted for the split frame approach then basically the sofa beds comes in sections which is then built on site. We wanted 4 fabric samples which arrived within 3 days and then we called to agree the order on 9th July. Yesterday (20 days later!) our UK created, made to measure sofa arrived. We had constant updates on delivery timings from Amairelys and on the day the lovely delivery guys called us an hour before arriving. Within 30 minutes they had built the sofa bed and given us a demonstration and left taking all unwanted packaging with them. Brilliant service, amazing product and helpful staff all along our 20 day journey. Best service we have ever experienced and we cannot recommend more highly.

It was 2 years between spotting Highly Sprung on Tottenham Court Road and moving in to my new place and the wait was worth it. They were helpful on every occasion and particularly so when I completed a couple of weeks before delivery to find that the developer had changed some room dimensions and the sofa I'd ordered would no longer fit! I had an anxious wait until the Monday morning but they were able to accommodate a change in size. I don't know of any other places that would have done the same. To add to that, the sofa is very comfy and the delivery guys were efficient and friendly, even after they'd been given some bum directions by a local. I'd recommend without hesitation

Everything has gone well with this purchase, from the initial help and masses of advice from Chris in the showroom, to the positive, speedy responses from others I called in the shop for advice, material samples etc. (Mo and a gentleman whose name I'm not sure of - was it Ashley or something similar - both very helpful anyway!) to the quick delivery once ordered, to the precise timing when delivered by two very helpful gentlemen who put together the sofa and made sure that no 'rubbish' was left behind. The main delivery man even removed the metal studs (for carpets) and stuck some floor protectors on the legs to protect my wooden floor! It all might be normal for 'Highly Sprung', but it felt as though each person was going the extra mile to give me the best experience possible. I bought the Windsor 3 seater and chose lots of little details that made it right for me (e.g. Chris explained how it could be made slightly narrower - by turning round a piece of wood when the sofa was built - as I had a limited space). The sofa is really comfortable and has been much admired - I would heartily recommend Highly Sprung.
