House of Carpets opened its doors back in 1992 in the heart of Hayling Island when Neil and Clive (that's us!) brought their skills as Carpet Fitter and Manager together to bring something different to the community and surrounding areas. We are completely independent and have access to all of the major suppliers so we are sure you will find something that you will like in our well stocked shop. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service orientated around your needs - we want you to feel important because you are important to us.

We had our stairs and landing carpeted , the pricing was very reasonable for such a good quality carpet, the range of colours was extensive and the advice about which was better for our needs and usage was spot on. The guy that came to fit it did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with his work and the overall result…. Laminate being fitted tomorrow by House of Carpets so will follow up with review
