Their professionalism and service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring service. As a New Homes Sales Executive, it is important to be able to include flooring as an incentive and the system that Frontstage puts together, makes it very easy to calculate the bottom line figures necessary to make the deal. Even on a complex development, the figures are provided on a plot by plot basis and prices are broken down for the developer and the private purchaser.
Frontstage Furnishing Ltd was established in the late 1980s primarily to satisfy the growing demand for complete furnishing packages for BES Residential Development Companies. We furnished over a thousand properties for several of the market leaders including Nationwide and Johnson Fry Property. When tax relief on this type of investment was withdrawn in the mid 90s, we knew that the demand for full furnishing was limited. The market evolved, furniture became a secondary requirement and the company started to concentrate their efforts and expertise on providing flooring solutions for property investors and major housebuilders.

Abbey Homes have been using the excellent services of Frontstage for several years now. We send site plans, either by post or email, they provide us with a range of products (including samples on site) and prices, at which stage we invariably accept their very competitive quote. When individual or blocks of properties are called off, their fitters arrive, lay the specified flooring, the invoice is submitted and gets paid. There is rarely a need for any callbacks and therefore, I have very little reason to communicate personally with them. I believe this is how our relationship should work and would happily recommend them to anyone.
