1. Floor preparation requires all unwanted objects, like screws and nails to be removed. The condition of every board is checked and damaged or rotten floor planks are replaced. 2. All gaps are filled with professional wood floor filler which match your wood floor perfectly. We use resin and dust mixture or wooden slivers to fill gaps. These are glued to the gaps between the boards. 3. Floor sanding starts with coarse sanding usually 40 grit or 24 grit depending on the condition of the floor. I use four different types of grit up to 120 for a fine finish.
