We specialise in the cleaning of antique carpets, using the most careful and effective methods of cleaning while preserving the carpets condition. Many people believe that cleaning may damage a rug, but rugs are extremely robust. In many parts of the Middle East, rugs were washed in local streams with heavy soap and left to dry in the sun, or in winter, were turned face down on the snow and vigorously beaten. Since then, cleaning has become much more sophisticated and can actually prolong the life of a rug.

We specialise in the restoration of antique carpets, using traditional methods of repairing antique carpets back to excellent conidition. Restoration is a very careful and skilled process, we offer excellent rates for repair and quick turn around times when required.
