Even though we consider your much loved rug to be the most valuable asset we have in our possession at any one time; regardless of its material value, we operate under a transparent and clear pricing policy which can be found here. Our expert restoring team use non-chemical cleaning products that are environmentally conscious for our standard cleaning. For stubborn stains we individualize the right mix of chemicals which is an important differentiation on expert rug cleaners. The usage of wrong or improperly mixed products may ruin your rugs.
We are one of very few established rug cleaning businesses in London where you can drop in with your rug and seek advise and see what we do. Your rugs are always safe with us and will not be handed to anyone outside our team and certainly not to any third party cleaners or repairers. As for dog owners, I am one, we do not charge extra for cleaning urine contaminated rugs and our success rate is excellent on removing odours and stains from those rugs.

We can do this as we use our own cleaning plant and never hand your rugs to a third party cleaners. Every oriental rug is unique and your rug will be cleaned the with the most suitable method for its age, type of dye and fibres used. We do not use abrasive cleaning products or automated machinery. All the work carried out on your carpets or rugs will be done by using nothing but natural or soft fibre brushes.
Most damage occurs to the edges of rugs, usually to the fringes, binding and to the cord along the side. All are relatively easy to repair. We can restore and replace missing ends and secure the edges to prevent further damage. The edges of hand-knotted rugs will be rewrapped by hand using fibres as near as possible to the original colour and texture of the rug. If the foundation or edge cording is worn through, it will first have to be rebuilt. This Persian silk rug was chewed by the owners dog and all the repairs were completed here in our rug repair workshop in London.
