I've been going to MDL timber for years, there's a few timber yards in Liverpool but MDL have always had what I needed at a great price so this is why I recommend friends etc to come here for there timber needs, great staff always wanting to help.
Terrible customer service from MDL after I ordered some floorboards to be delivered to the Wirral. I was given a 4 hour delivery slot but as the house is empty I asked if the delivery driver could contact me when he was in his way or there, as I only live few minutes away. This request was met with an argument from the guy I called at the shop (didn't get his name) who said I was being 'harsh' when I cancelled the order, even though I explained to him that I couldn't wait at, what is effectively a building site with my small child for 4 hours. Won't be shopping there again.
