Most vinyl's provide excellent slip resistance in wet conditions, but many do not and are dangerously slippery when wet or greasy. Even the vinyl's that started off being slip resistant, can become worn and eventually will become slippery if not properly maintained. JSE contract services provide unique solutions for vinyl, Amtico and altro floors from virtually invisible systems to decorative systems to match the existing floor covering in matt, semi-gloss or high gloss finishes.

In addition to offering the application of anti slip coatings, many of our customers also ask us to install heavy duty resin flooring systems that are either hygienic, chemical resistant, decorative or a combination of all of these requirements in varying environments, such as shower areas, cold stores, high traffic warehouses and chemical storage bunds etc.

Our preparation services include; dust free shot blasting to concrete and steel flooring, diamond grinding and polishing to concrete and terrazzo etc. floor planning and scarifying to remove existing coatings / adhesives etc., high pressure water jetting (up to 50,000 psi) to any surface to remove moss, lichen, general dirt and grease and also the removal of existing paint or failed coatings without damaging the underlying substrate.

JSE Contract Services provide a range of services for any surface, which include deep cleaning to any surface, the preparation of flooring by means of dust free shot blasting, high pressure water jetting, scarifying / floor planning and diamond grinding etc. As part of our installation service, all surfaces are thoroughly deep cleaned and then, if required, we can abrade, scarify, grind or level a surface before applying our specialist coating systems. Good surface preparation is critical to ensure a long life expectancy on any surface and it has been our experience that nearly all systems that fail are because of poor or no initial surface preparation.

We have over 30 years experience in safety surfacing, surface cleaning and preparation and specialist coating systems. It is essential that any surface that requires a flooring system is accurately assessed before any solutions are provided. We offer a comprehensive consultancy service where we undertake a full site survey and assessment of our customer's requirements including testing of the surface to assess its slip resistance or presence of damp etc. followed by the provision of a written specification, method statement, risk assessments and quotation, before any works proceed.

Wooden and composite decking has become widely used throughout many industries and especially for domestic use, as it is a cost effective way to extend a property. Unfortunately most types of decking can become very slippery when wet and if the surface becomes weathered or worn and not correctly maintained then it can become extremely dangerous. We can install clear coatings to maintain or enhance the beauty of the decking or coloured systems to hide weathered or worn surfaces.

As part of our service to our customers, all floors are thoroughly deep cleaned prior to the application of our coating systems or treatments. We have access to a wide range of specialist cleaning chemicals that are not available to most janitorial or cleaning companies and this is why we are able to clean any floor in any environment with minimal disruption. Our deep cleaning service can be offered as a stand alone service or as part of a yearly maintenance package which also includes slip testing to your floors to assess their slip resistance and the performance of any system installed.
