Raised Floor Solutions is a specialist composite flooring contractor established in 2003 in Skelmersdale in Lancashire. The company became Employee Owned in 2019 and is a proud member of the EOT (Employee Ownership Trust). RFS is the UK's largest approved supplier and installer of Kingspan Multideck Steel Decking products and is a Tier 1 installer of Kingspan Access Floors. Four specialist trading divisions - Metaldeck Steel Decking, Metpark Car Park Design and Build, Metcon Concrete Floors and Access Flooring - provide clients all over the UK with a total packaged solution to the design and construction of steel decked composite floor systems or new build car park schemes.

Structural metal roof decking offers a versatile and proven method of roof construction. A liner sheet is used to span across the structural frame of a building, thereby reducing the amount of roof components including purlins. Spans of up to 7400 mm can be achieved. Metalroof is a trading division of Raised Floor Solutions Ltd and an approved supplier and installer of Joris Ide Structural Metal Roof Decks. Joris Ide offers a wide range of roof deck profiles depths from 19mm to 200mm, which provides the structural deck for all kinds of built up roof systems, including Single-Ply, and Green Roofs.

Metcon Concrete Floors specialises in the design and construction of high quality composite concrete floors on all types of steel floor decking systems. Metcon Concrete Floors is based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, and is a member of The Concrete Society and The Association of Concrete Industrial Flooring Contractors (ACIFC) through parent company, Raised Floor Solutions Ltd. Metcon concrete flooring contractors apply in depth knowledge and experience to the design and installation of composite concrete floor slabs.

Raised Floor Solutions has the in-house capability to design the most economic composite steel deck and concrete floor slab solution using the latest Kingspan design software. Where access flooring is required, RFS will provide design alternatives for access floor panels that will meet the load and budget requirements of the end user. A steel deck design will be optimised to provide an unpropped steel decking solution that satisfies the floor slab loading and fire requirements of the project and will be supported by design calculations and professional indemnity insurance.
