Step on Safety was founded in 2007, taking the market by storm with a selection of specialist anti slip flooring and GRP products that have proven, technical advantage over traditional materials. For the first time, an industry saturated with dated solutions was given a choice - advanced, versatile composites that work. We are an ISO9001-accredited supplier of composite (GRP) slip-resistant access structures and flooring, and provide a variety of industries with design, fabrication and installation solutions, including the Education, MOD, Rail and Transport, Public, Health, Motor, Stadium, Industrial, Office, and Construction sectors.

For both residential and commercial landscaping, we offer Anti Slip Decking, which is available in a variety of colourways. You can accent your anti-slip decking with our anti-slip decking strips to create a tactile, durable surface. For trade clientele, we deliver all-in-one safety solutions, specialising in anti-slip flooring and GRP products for the construction industry. Step on Safety is a market leader with sizeable projects across Network Rail, London Underground, HS2, Euro Tunnel and various Metro Rails across the United Kingdom dealing with governing bodies, train operating companies, main contractors and designers. We provide a variety of anti slip GRP solutions to the Rail industry, including but not limited to: track side walkways, access platforms/stairs/ladders, stair treads, dagger boards, ramps, bridge decks and treads, embankment stairs, trench covers, grating panels, fencing and more, to ensure public and employee safety.

At Step on Safety, we use the latest AutoCAD technology design to meet your design specifications. All our staircases and access platforms are manufactured from heavy-duty structural fibreglass pultruded profiles which, weight-for-weight, are around 80% lighter than conventional steel profiles and around 30% lighter than aluminium profiles. This exceptional weight saving provides positive cost-saving benefits in terms of ease of installation. It also reduces the imposed loading on existing substrates such as roof-tops, mezzanines and so on.
