Asbestos Management Surveys
An asbestos management survey involves inspecting a building to identify materials containing asbestos (ACMs). To carry out this type of survey, it is essential to engage a competent and qualified asbestos surveying company. All our surveyors are certified with at least the P402 qualification. The management survey is a standard visual and sampling inspection. Its objective is to detect, where reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspected ACMs within the building, which could be damaged or disturbed during routine use, including anticipated maintenance and installation activities, while also evaluating their condition.

EMS provide classic vehicle asbestos surveys. We recently travelled to Northampton to undertake a survey on an Alfa Romeo Spider prior to export to Australia. Australia operate a zero tolerance policy on asbestos importation.
