I've been fitting wood floors for more than 10 years, and I still love my job! Wood is a wonderful material to work with, and a well-fitted floor, once sanded and lacquered, still gives me a thrill of pleasure and pride, even though I must have fitted more than a thousand by now. I work mainly in the area around Reading and Newbury.
