John came round as promised and did a quote for a new boiler. It was competitive so we went ahead. The two guys doing the job, Dan & Jack were excellent, did the job in record time, ensuring that we had hot water/heating for as long as we could. Left the place clean and tidy afterwards too! They even joined in with child care as our 2 1/2 year old son obviously wanted to help them, so they let him pass them stuff etc. Highly recommended. I forget to follow up on here.! John was very efficient and Dan his Engineer excellent.

Early February this year, I was just about to place a Contract on AN other Company for replacement Boiler.
A dear friend of mine suggested I look at JW. I duly did. Reviews very positive. Called the Office.
A few days later John Wilkinson called me. We had a short Video call. John gave me a price. I liked everything I'd heard. Contract placed.
2nd March, Mick arrived with my New Boiler. 6 or so hours later all done.
Absolutely first class from first call to Office till Installation complete.

After British Gas came out for a service and condemned our fully working boiler on an absolute whim (Homecare is a scam to condemn boilers & sell new ones, cancel it asap) we were left in such a bad place 1 week before Christmas. No heating, no hot water and minus 7 temperatures. With 10 people due Christmas Day we had a whole lot of stress we didn’t need.
I spent days & days, calling, emailing and filling out online quotes with every man and their dog to try to get something sorted to save Christmas with no luck. Everyone quoting January at the earliest. British Gas happy to leave us with no heating for a month!!!
Thank God I stumbled upon John Wilkinson Heating services. I spoke to John on Friday just gone, did a video call survey same day, quote given on the spot, I accepted and then we were booked in for installation. Today is Wednesday, Robert the installer turns up on time, really nice chap, covers everywhere in plastic to protect against any dirt, fits a brand new Worcester combo boiler, new pump & thermostat controls and probably leaves the place cleaner than when he arrived.
Not only that, on the job, Robert worked out that they didn’t need to do the additional work to the gas pipes to get the job done. Instead of carrying on regardless and just charging me the price I had already agreed to, he amended the job and then John reduced my bill by £500.

Seriously, these guys got me out of such a mess. I am so thankful for what they did in such short timescales.

7/10/22 Rang and spoke to Mr Wilkinson agreed on a system and price seemed like a nice guy. Two men arrived on Monday 10/10/22 yes next working day. Made sure everything was covered including the carpets good sign of consciousness, started at 9.30am completely fitted and tested by 2pm. Very happy with speed, quality and efficiency of this company highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Came to fit new boiler. Destroyed are new underlay on landing. Big chunks missing out off it WTF. Did you think we wouldn't notice??? Hall, stairs and landing only painted and new carpets fitted with the underlay before Christmas. Both freshly white painted hand rails absolutely coved in black grime. Bathroom just been ripped out and redone, week prior to them coming, for me to find they pissed all over new toilet and loft hatch in bathroom, paint not even week old covered in shite. Cigarette ends just thrown in puddle on our drive. Bartroom radiator leaking off them. Phoned up yesterday to rise my concerns, and was promised will recived call this morning. Ive had no call and office now shut. If you want company who disrespects you house and literally take the piss out off you, this is the company for you. Id give 0 stars if i could

Our boiler broke down inbetween Christmas and new year, John came out the same day and quoted for a new boiler, we had it installed within a few days. Lovely lads that came out Paul and George did an excellent job very professional and tidy, you couldnt tell they had been afterwards.

After seeing john Wilkinson’s service on Facebook thought we would get intouch, so glad we did his service is highly recommended, had a new boiler fitted, the engineer was polite and friendly, job done and cleaned up after himself explained everything we needed to know and the price, well couldn’t believe it compared to British Gas quoted price, even recommended john to a neighbour whom have now had a boiler done aswell. We had Rick and Liam fit our new boiler today 23.9.21 absolutely brilliant from start to finish nice guys , we had John come out to do our survey on Tuesday and in the same week a new boiler far better fitted after endless problems with our old boiler . John was very helpful going through everything before hand with us and booked us straight in for our new boiler . Thanks again see you in a year for our annual service . Would highly recommend

what a fabulous team john himself runs...spoke to kerry at first lovely telephone manner..mr wilkinson called me back himself with in the hour at my choice and time.gave a very reasonable quote..3 days later boiler fitted .job done.clean workmanship by arron arrived on time..all old boiler taken away .highly recommend..I went with John wilkinson heating after getting 2 other quotes off popular heating firms shall we say !!!!

Fantastic service and price. The fitters were polite friendly and considerate, they didn't stop all day. Even Hoover up before they left. Over all a fantastic service from start to finish. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
