Here at 1st Clear Flow, our CCTV drain surveying engineers can look at the condition of your drains to help you find out the cause of any ongoing problems or to let you know the current condition of drainage before you buy a house. A CCTV Survey of your drainage system that uses CCTV cameras and sonar to view inside and check the pipes for defects. It is non invasive and requires no digging. With all CCTV drain surveys we include a DVD recording of your drain system including a full drainage report of breakages, root ingress, collapsed drains etc. Alongside this you will receive a full schematic diagram to coincide with your DVD to help visualise any defected areas.

Combi boilers which benefit from instantaneous hot water, are excellent if space is at a premium as conventional boilers require a cylinder and header tanks. System Boilers benefit from a sealed heating system to help prevent against air locks and allow easy filling. With this system you would generally have a hot water cylinder to maximize hot water storage, thus letting you have more hot water draw off points than a combi boiler.

Here at 1st Clearflow we specialise in drain lining and we only use the best in lining equipment, Renoline. The Renoline system is a proven and established method of placing a new pipe within an existing damaged pipe without excavation and with minimal disruption. The Renoline pipe is manufactured from a dense impermeable felt that is mixed with resin and is designed and tailored to fit exactly the internal dimension of the pipe to be refurbished. The thickness of the Renoline material can be varied according to design specifications required.

When fitting a new boiler we recommend the Baxi range of boilers but if you have a personal preference on a make and model we can quote to supply and fit that instead.
