Our cleaners are vetted for eligibility to work in the U.K., supplying us with evidence such as a passport, including a work visa if they are non-E.U., proof of identification such as a driving licence or passport and proof of address such as a recent bill or bank statement. Copies of their documents are held by us, so that the cleaners can be traced and they are aware of this.
Cleaning tasks, as well as days and times can be mutually agreed with the cleaner. The cleaner would initially contact you to meet you to discuss the cleaning and then if you are both content to proceed, a start date would be organised. Vetting and insurance are included. Most clients give the cleaner a key, so it can done whilst they are out. Many clients combine both cleaning and ironing in the same session, but it is possible to purely have cleaning. As the cleaners are experienced, they can approach their work efficiently without instruction.

Nationwide Cleaners were really good. If my cleaning lady was late because of traffic or something, I would get a call or text from her. Kate in the office was also helpful. As a single man, I could finally walk barefoot on the floor again. My house was previously very messy!

Been really happy with Tanaka (Booker) and Thais (Cleaner). Tanaka always comes back to me efficiently and has been really flexible in the past and fair when fixing teething issues. Thais is super quick, gives a great clean, and always using her initiative, like washing up the contents of the dishwasher to save running it, or folding the clothes in the dryer.

Excellent company. Our cleaner is always on time and does an excellent job of cleaning our entire house, and asks if there is anything else we need her to do. She even interacts with our many pets. We always accommodate each others needs when needed and keeps us informed of any holidays or time off she needs, or if we need to change the day she cleans and if needed the company can arrange for someone else to clean.

I have loved my cleaner, Daniela. She is prompt, trustworthy, efficient, pleasant, and a great cleaner. I would give her 5-stars.
I have found it a bit tedious working with Nationwide, though Kate is always quick to get back to me. I don't like having to notify the company myself in order to keep my payments straight if my cleaner has to be absent. I just don't feel like I always have direct contact and often have to wait overnight to get feedback. That is probably due to my schedule as much as to the company's schedule.
