Our extensive ranges of thermal and non thermal doors are suitable for the architectural, commercial, public, new build and retail markets. The doors available are hinged, swing, patio, tilt and slide and fold and slide. Our doors are designed for use as open out or open in, single or double doors, internally or externally beaded with sidelight options for domestic and/or commercial applications. High security glazing, locking mechanism including security deadlock and hook bolts, dual colour options, excellent weather performance (BS6375 Pt 1) are some of the many special features of our door systems.

Featuring the multi chamber 70mm extrusions from our PVCu casement windows offer an attractive solution for traditional and Commercial window replacement / refurbishment. SEH Commercial offers white and a wide range of colours including wood grain features. Standard 28mm double, and 32mm triple glazing for maximum U values.

Our curtain walling system is designed to create a dramatic but practical facade, with the option of sloped and facet-shaped glazing whilst allowing maximum light into small or large multi-storey buildings. Rapid on-site installation and concealed transoms, for seamless/uninterrupted glass to glass joints, are among the many special features of this versatile polyamide thermal break system. The system incorporates a top hung frameless vent and also accommodates all windows, doors and horizontal sliders.

With the ever increasing pressures of heat conservation the SEH Commercial range of PVCu windows can achieve the highest WER A rating standard and offer an aesthetically pleasing profile. To maximise thermal performance, the profile section is extruded to a 70mm wide profile, with multi chamber section and a PVCu reinforcing. Offering both a Bevel and Ovolo profile SEH Commercial can provide product to accommodate a wide range of criteria for our Clients. We can offer double and triple glazed sealed units to the highest required standards.

SEH Commercial can provide a comprehensive range of traditional and modern cladding that suits all aspects of our clients buildings. A site inspection is carried out to identify the clients requirements. A detailed survey will raise any potential hidden problems such as wood rot that can be rectified and priced within the quotation sum, there for eliminating any additional costs once the project commences. Alternative to the large curtain wall system we can offer a smaller suite for low to medium rise facades including large shopfronts and showrooms and accommodates a wide range of windows and doors.

Our extensive range of thermally broken windows can be suited to any building application. Available in a wide range of standard or Non standard colours and finishes that comply with all relevant British and/or European standards. Offering excellent thermal properties that are and can surpass current Document L for thermal transmittance applies.

Our wide range of Timber doors have been designed to meet all the requirements of the different market sectors we supply. Security, thermal efficiency, high weather performance and noise reduction are integrated into our high quality product range. The redwood timber used is sourced from sustainable forests and carries the FSC certification.

The multi point locking facility of the single and double doors give great comfort of security. A range of high technology glass is available for a wide range of applications that manage solar control, obscurity, and security. Background trickle ventilation can be applied through the door leaf or head of the frame. A selection of extruded sills, from low mobility aluminium threshold to meet building regulation part M compliant, 85mm to 180mm is available, A range of PVC doors are available and in addition to a white finish we can offer a range of standard spray or foiled colours.
