We have over 40 years of experience in joinery, construction and building. These are all invaluable skill sets when dealing with the replacement of single glazed and double glazed timber windows. Any company can remove your windows. However, only a skilled few can fit new frames with attention to fine details which removes after sale problems, ie bad appearance, rattling, sticky movements and general poor fitting.

For clients that have stained glass or painted glass in their existing windows or doors we can offer our encapsulation service. Encapsulation is a process that allows us to remove your existing glass, repair any cracks, give it a good clean and then have it encapsulated inside our double glazing units. The double glazing we use is 24mm thick, which has a 16mm cavity big enough for the stained glass to sit snugly between the inner and outer panes. This means that you get to keep the look of your original stained glass and also benefit from the energy efficiency of high end double glazing.

For properties that do not require sash and case windows but still require high performance timber windows we can also offer a vast range of enhanced casement flush window styles to suit almost any requirement. This design is ideal for windows that are 1st floor and above as the opening sash revolves 180 degrees back inwards so that you can clean the outside easily. It does not obstruct blinds or curtains. This design of window is hinged to the side and opens like a door. They are fitted with restrictors to make sure that the wind does not catch the sash and pull it open too much.

The standard locking system for these doors is a 3 point lock. This provides high security and a tight seal to the draught proof gaskets that are fitted into the frame. Cylinder keys are used in this type of lock and they can even be keyed to pass to make all doors enjoy the same key if you wish. Thumb turn internal locks are also an option for ease of locking or opening once inside your home or office.
