Hi I ordered five lots of blinds from Tudor Blinds and they arrived in good time they are well packaged and come with new weights and chains already fitted no messing around just put them straight up nice quality at a fraction of the price my local dealer wanted I have dealt with this company before in the past and found them very helpful and obliging I am very pleased with my slats and very pleased with Tudor Blind and would highly recommend this product

Great service! I ordered two cordless roller blinds for the bathroom. They are well made good quality and were very easy to fit.
They were delivered by DPD this morning and being able to track the delivery was a bonus as to make sure someone was at home to receive the package. Thank you Tudor Blinds I highly recommend your company!

I placed an order on line for replacement blind slats during the COVID lockdown, and made a mistake with the order. Paul from Tudor blinds helped rectify this mistake and the company went beyond all expectations to rectify and ensure my order came through correct in the end. Ordered replacements slats for 4 windows including large patio door. 2 weeks to the day slats arrived.
Superb, good quality, colour as sample I had received.

Order placed Nov 2020....never arrived
I placed an order in November 2020. 14 day lead time, still not received blinds February 2021! Nobody replies to emails, phone calls. I want to cancel the order and get a refund as I am now moving house and no longer need them, but they just ignore all my correspondence. Appalling customer service. I would never use this company ever again. Wish I had read more reviews and saved my money.

Ordered replacement vanes for vertical blind, saved a lot as I didn’t need tracks as mine were perfect. Great service, Great price, great selection and delivery was faster than I expected during Covid. Very easy to retro fit vanes even though my tracks weren’t from this company. The company I bought my vertical blind from originally didn’t offer replacement vanes service so was really pleased Tudor Blinds offer this service and the replacements were compatible.

Absolutely delighted with my roller blinds, ordered two different sizes for the kitchen windows and not only do they fit perfectly but the quality is outstanding for the price. I have now ordered another one for my bathroom. I did wait almost thee weeks for delivery due to current situation but when I called to enquire how much longer my order would be I was Immediately reassured and they arrived within the advised timescale, highly recommend this company.

The blinds arrived in good time and look very good now they are all up when closed they cut out the light which is a good thing, the only thing that could make them better would be if the pattern or design was on both sides, but this I am sure would put the price up

Tudor Blinds sent the wrong colour blinds but quickly sent the correct replacements.
On the whole we are very pleased with them. The only downside is that one of the blinds is for quite a tall window but the cord at the side was short. Consequently I have difficulty reaching it.

Was a bit unsure of ordering from this site as I’d never heard of it so I 1st ordered a sample which came within a few days so I then went on to orders the blinds which came 2 weeks later and they look great the only reason I haven’t given 5stars is because I haven’t put them up yet and don’t know what they look like.
