We are a privately owned British company founded in 1987 that is slowly but surely replacing all of London's beautiful old timber windows and doors with expertly fitted accurate replacements! How do we work? We advise, design, manufacture, install and care for all of our customers replacement windows and doors. Our business is based on being the best in class and having the highest standards of products and in the people that are all fully employed by the business. If you are tempted by low prices, the reality is the product will not be able to do the job you are expecting it to do.

All our casement windows are made to order. Large Edwardian bays, with leaded glass, glazing bars and intricate designs. Closely replicating the originals but with all the advantages of heat insulation and security double glazing brings. We design and manufacture English casement bays and windows to original specifications or to new designs. They come fully finished and in the case of the bay windows are often manufactured in one structure to provide the best weather protection.

Our job is only half done when we have manufactured the windows and doors. All our installers are Ayrton employees who have many years experience in the careful removal of the old windows and doors and expert fit of the new. Extra care is taken to ensure your property is protected during this fitting stage.

Our doors are individually made to maximise the space and light in your home and make the garden an extension of your living space. Glazing bars, solid lower panels and top lights can create a genuine feature that off the shelf solutions never can.

Each window is custom made for your home. Our qualified designers take precise measurements so each window will fit perfectly. We can accurately replicate Period bays and intricate Victorian sash windows, including glazing bar patterns and horns. We often replace windows in conservation areas and in listed buildings. Fitting new windows is something you only want to do once, so it pays to invest in windows that will last. Cheaper windows suppliers compromise on quality and installation expertise to keep the price down.

Our timber sash windows are all individually made. We can make replacements of any sash window, even if you live in a conservation area or own a listed building. You can choose from weight or spring assisted sash windows, depending on your budget. Our weight assisted sashes replace the original lead weight and pulley windows fitted in most Georgian and Victorian houses. These stunning windows accurately replicate the originals with details including the original bars, curves, horns and frame dimensions.

If you are considering fitting shutters, it's best to have them fitted at the same time as your windows. It's easier for you, as we do the job in one go - which means less mess and disruption and they will fit perfectly. Enjoy the elegant Highgate range with the hidden tilt mechanism or the ever popular Richmond range with a tilt rod opening. Fully finished in any colour with a choice of Blade size options of 64mm, 75mm or 89mm for Richmond or 64mm and 89mm for Highgate.

We accurately replicate old doors to bring the sparkle back into your home. We can also create a new design specifically tailored for you for exciting and new apertures. Our doors are individually designed and manufactured to enhance you home with particular attention to durability, security and performance. All our doors are fully finished on arrival painted in any colour, or colours; you can even have a different colour inside to the outside.
