Dear Chris, Just a note of thanks for coming to the rescue last weekend. We are new to the holiday let business & after our first week we had a leak in the cloakroom. Extremely Satisfied Customers We wanted a complete refurb of our bathroom and cloakroom and approached a number of companies to review our ideas and quote. We were not impressed by most who seemed to only want to impose their own ideas on us. Then we approached JT Cox and Chris came out to see us and listened to our requirements and our thoughts and ideas. Chris didn't try to impose his own ideas on us but told us what could be done and how our own ideas could be enhanced. George and Dave turned up to start the job which was completely stripping out the bathroom and began the rebuild. From the beginning their professionalism and attention to detail was evident, discussing problem which occur and how to overcome them and working to a standard which would satisfy the pickiest of customer. We carefully chose what we wanted in the bathroom, quality tiles and furniture, George and Dave strived to achieve the standard of work our choices deserved. The same dedication and attitude was given when refurbing the cloakroom. They also stripped out our ensuite shower in our dressing room and dealt with reinstatement as required. All waste etc. was removed properly as they have the appropriate licence. We are so pleased with the end results and have no hesitation in recommending JT Cox.

I would like to thank Chris Taggart and his amazing team for renovating a bathroom in one of my properties.I was not in need of a stunning bathroom for this job, I simply needed for it to be done quickly, to a moderate standard and a rather tight budget. It was also important to me that the company I used could take care of the entire job - from plumbing to plastering - as this would save me time running around and looking for good traders as well as trying to manage the project. To my relief, Chris quickly provided me with a simple and fair quote for the entire job and arranged for all the works to be carried out without delay. There were no problems, just solutions and the end result is a rental property with a better bathroom than the one I have in my own house! Thank you

Apologies for the delay in conveying my thanks for the recent work that you undertook at my home. As I have mentioned to you in the past, your employees are a credit to JT Cox Group Limited; and I was very grateful for their time and patience during the annual boiler service and inspection of a faulty radiator. In relation to the radiator in our conservatory, which has been temperamental to say the least, I was impressed but not surprised that your engineers genuinely wanted to find the root cause of the issue and not just look for a quick, short-term fix and move into the next job ASAP. I can now look forward to enjoying our conservatory during the winter, without having to worry about the weather! Regarding the work that you undertook at my home, it's fair to say that it was a job that I was putting off for a while as I thought it would be extremely disruptive and take quite some time, but with JT Cox I need not have worried; the work was completed within the day and we wouldn't have known that our entire heating system had been drained and flushed, as well as having our boiler serviced.
